PAINTINGS & COLLAGES
I reentered school as a painting major, however I soon set painting aside in favor of sculpture.  It wasn't until 2020 however, that painting became a need.  I was able to express my raw emotions on a canvas that I couldn't with a more complicated sculpture.  Painting was immediate; a means of releasing unidentified emotions. I can turn on some music and turn off my logical brain and just paint.
